"By and by and finally you will succeed surely. You need more patience"

Whether for self esteem, or making money, almost all the people want to succeed in their lives. But, not everyone who wants to succeed can really do that. It requiers great efforts, and you must have some characteristics, that(מיותר) without which it's impossible to succeed. I think the most important characteristics are perseverance and sociability.

The way to success is never an easy one. It includes failures, obstacles and many other difficulties that you must deal with. That is why I think perseverance is such an important characteristic. Firm people will be able to continue their hard work despite all the difficulties, while people who aren't firm, will probably give up on their success. For example, I knew a girl  who had a difficult time with her studies in class. Still, she didn't give up and worked extremely hard at home and because of her perseverance she ended the year with some very good grades.

Although it's a cliché it's true – nobody is perfect. Each one has his own better and worse traits. That is why in most cases one person can't succeed on his own. A person who wants to succeed must surround himself with many people that have the necessary characteristics he doesn't have. People who want to create this cooperation (phr.), must talk to people in special ways that may attract them. Only social people know how to attract other people and win their trust, and this cooperation, when each one adds his special trait, leads to success. For example, I read an interview with a business man and he said that without his ability to socialize with his team, he would have never succeeded.

To conclude, no one is born successful, but to be born with some specific characteristics really increases your chance of being one day a successful person. And my suggestion is just to keep smiling – in our crazy world, doing it is the real success.
